The booking process is the following:

  • At first, you choose a room type and request a booking. You should receive a confirmation email about your booking almost instantly.
  • Then, we will check if the room is available and contact you, usually within a day. We will reserve a room for you for 5 days and will wait for your deposit payment (50 EUR per room). This deposit will be returned to you on the Congress. It will be deducted from your final sum for the room in the hotel.
